Nexo Solutions · Canais de distribuição
Every company below already owns the merchants we sell to. This board scores how likely each one is to actually take the call, and whether somebody else got there first.
The score answers one question only: how likely is this company to have a real conversation with us in the next 60 days. It is not a measure of how big the prize is. Cegid owns half the country's SMEs and still scores low, because getting a meeting there takes a quarter and a champion.
How many merchants sit behind their login. Raw distribution, nothing else.
Is there a published partner programme, or do deals happen ad hoc through a founder.
The decisive one. Full points when nobody covers websites for their base. Zero when they build their own.
How few humans stand between us and someone who can say yes.

The best single target in the country. Over 30 000 clients across PT, Brasil, Espanha, Angola, Cabo Verde and Moçambique, and a partner network that is not a side programme but the way the company sells: they run networking events with 350+ partners in the room.
Their digital shelf is biip (carta digital e pagamento por QR), ecofatura, zicket, plus integrations with Glovo, Uber Eats, Zomato and TheFork. Every one of those pushes the restaurant deeper into someone else's platform. None of them is a website. Their client's own domain is the one asset Zone Soft does not sell, and the data to build it (carta, morada, horário, fotos) already sits in their database.

Moloni is the most openly partnerable company on this list. They publish three separate tracks (Afiliado, Agente, Parceiro Integrador) and the integrator track says out loud that it exists for "desenvolvimento web" among other areas. There is no gatekeeping to get in.
Their public directory lists 41 partners and almost none of them build websites: hardware, WMS, hotelaria, gestão de quotas, and a single Prestashop shop. Nobody owns the plain business website in that network. The slot is open and the sign-up is a form.

Not a company, a multiplier. A mid-size gabinete carries 80 to 300 SME clients, speaks to each one every single month, and is the most trusted advisor those owners have. No software company in Portugal has that relationship.
There is no incumbent: accountants do not sell websites and nobody has organised them to. The trade is clean, they pass a name, we pay a commission or hand them a white-label line item on their own invoice. Downside is it must be sold gabinete by gabinete, so it scales by repetition, not by one signature.

Smaller prize, fastest yes. Portuguese vertical SaaS companies of this size are run by a handful of people, the founder still reads the inbox, and a partnership is decided in one call instead of one quarter.
Gyms and boxes are also the best demo material we have: class schedules, coach profiles, plan pricing, all structured data the software already holds, all of it feeding straight into a site. Same play applies to the PMS and booking platforms in the tier below.

Payment gateways in Portugal grow through web agencies already, because somebody has to install the plugin. That cuts both ways: the channel is warm and used to agency partners, but there are dozens of agencies in it and we would be one more name on a list.
The differentiator is direction of travel. Other agencies bring Ifthenpay a client who already decided to build a shop. We create the shop that then needs a gateway. That is a supply of new merchants, not a referral, and it is worth asking them to pay for it.

AHRESP runs a formal benefits programme for members with three tiers, Parceiro Nacional, Parceiro Local and a separate Açores track. The structure to become an official supplier already exists and is documented.
Their published benefits do not include anyone providing websites or digital presence. For an association whose members are restaurants and alojamento, that is a conspicuous hole. The cost is time: associations move by committee and a protocol takes months.

Open by nature: a published partner programme, an affiliate track, a free API, integrations with every online store platform, and partnerships already signed with the 351 Portuguese Startup Association and with CTT.
The catch is the crowd. They sponsor WordCamp Portugal, which means the WordPress agency community is already inside the tent. Web is not an empty slot here, so we compete on speed and price per site rather than on being the only option.

The volume here is the largest on the board, thousands of consultores who each want a personal presence. But RE/MAX HQ already runs its own technology and digital marketing team supporting consultants with personal marketing and ads, so the national office is a closed door and will treat us as a vendor.
The door that opens is the franchise owner. Each agência is an independent business with its own budget, its own brand pressure and 20 to 60 consultants who all want to look better than the office down the road. Sell the agência, repeat, and the network notices on its own.

Each association is small, a few hundred to a few thousand member businesses, and there are dozens of them. The value is that they are trivially reachable, they love announcing a member benefit, and almost none has a digital supplier on the list.
APF, the franchising association, is the outlier worth prioritising: one relationship there puts us in front of every franchisor in the country, and a franchisor is by definition a group of near-identical businesses each needing a local site.

Same shape as Ifthenpay with less weight. Worth contacting on the same day with the same message, because the point is leverage: four gateways competing to be our default is a much better negotiation than one gateway deciding whether to bother.
myPOS sits slightly apart because it sells hardware to physical shops, which makes its merchant base look more like Zone Soft's than like an e-commerce list.

| Target | Score | Who already covers websites | Why it waits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vendus POS cloud |
52 | Points clients to Shopkit for online stores, and publishes its own "como criar loja online" guides | Now inside Cegid, so the decision is no longer taken in the Vendus office. Approach it through the Cegid conversation, not separately. |
| Host, Avantio e PMS de alojamento Hotelaria e AL |
48 | Booking-engine specialists own this space. e-GDS, for one, sits inside the Moloni partner list already. | Crowded and technical. Hotel sites live or die on the booking engine, which is not our fight yet. |
| Cegid Primavera, com PHC ERP · o maior alcance do país |
45 | Roughly 580 partner companies and 5 500 certified professionals. Whatever a client needs, a partner already sells it. | Biggest prize, slowest door. They bought PHC, so the group is mid-integration and not shopping for small suppliers. Revisit in 2027 with case studies, not now. |
| Glintt e ANF Farmácias |
42 | Sifarma reaches nearly every pharmacy, and the sector buys digital through established suppliers. | Regulated, institutional, long procurement. Excellent reach, wrong stage for us. |
| CTT Ecossistema de lojas online |
38 | Already runs a "criar lojas online" programme with named software partners, InvoiceXpress among them. | Corporate procurement and an incumbent stack. Reachable only with a referral from inside. |
| SumUp Pagamentos |
35 | Themselves. SumUp Online Store is a free in-house site and shop builder, relaunched as a core product. | Their partner tracks are referral and affiliate, meaning they want leads sent to them, not services sold to their base. Nothing to sell here. |
| MEO, NOS e Vodafone Empresas Telecom PME |
32 | Each runs a partner and startup ecosystem for SME digital services. | Procurement, legal, security review. A real option once we have a signed channel deal to point at. |
| Fresha, Treatwell, Doctoralia Marketplaces verticais |
26 | Themselves. Their business model is to be the merchant's page. Free booking pages and profiles are the product. | Structurally opposed to what we sell: an independent site takes the client off their marketplace. Do not spend a call here. |
Never open with a deck. Take 20 of their real merchants, build the sites, send the links. It is the only argument they cannot answer with an email, and it is the one thing our speed makes free.
Quote 40 to 80 EUR per site and let them resell at whatever they want, or take a monthly split. A partner who sets the price and keeps the margin defends the deal internally for us.
Their database already holds name, morada, horário, carta, catálogo, logo. That feed is what makes the sites automatic and what makes us hard to replace once it is wired.
A partner does not care about design. They care that a merchant with a site built on their platform does not leave the platform. Put the retention argument in the first paragraph.
| Day | Action | Why now |
|---|---|---|
| Seg | Build the Zone Soft proof batch: 10 ZS rest restaurants, real sites, one showcase page | The email is worth ten times more with links in it |
| Ter | Send Zone Soft and Moloni | Highest score, and Moloni's form takes ten minutes |
| Qua | Send the four payment gateways on the same day | Parallel quotes are the whole negotiating position |
| Qui | Phone AHRESP and APF, ask for the parcerias person by name | Long cycles have to start early, not later |
| Sex | Ten accounting gabinetes and three RE/MAX brokers, personalised | No incumbent, no committee, fastest first yes |
Scores are judgement calls built on public information: partner directories, published programmes and product pages as of 27 August 2026. Company ownership in the Portuguese billing-software market moves fast, Cegid acquired PHC and Vendus is now Cegid Vendus, so confirm the current owner and the partner contact before each approach. Nothing here has been sent.
